Aaron Rodgers finally notches Jets milestone in first game at MetLife Stadium since Achilles tear

The Green Bay Packers quarterback passed for 246 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-10 win over the New York Jets on Sunday.

It was Rodgers' first game at MetLife Stadium since he suffered a season-ending Achilles tear in the same stadium in 2017.

Rodgers completed 21 of 35 passes and was not intercepted. He also rushed for 26 yards on four carries.

The Packers took a 10-0 lead in the first quarter on a 3-yard touchdown run by running back Aaron Jones.

The Jets cut the lead to 10-3 on a 44-yard field goal by kicker Sam Ficken in the second quarter.

The Packers extended their lead to 17-3 on a 19-yard touchdown pass from Rodgers to wide receiver Davante Adams in the third quarter.

The Jets cut the lead to 17-10 on a 1-yard touchdown run by running back Le'Veon Bell in the fourth quarter.

The Packers put the game away with a 10-yard touchdown pass from Rodgers to wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling in the fourth quarter.

The Packers improved to 2-0 on the season, while the Jets fell to 0-2.

Rodgers' return to MetLife Stadium was a success, as he led the Packers to a victory over the Jets.

The Packers will host the New Orleans Saints next Sunday, while the Jets will travel to Indianapolis to face the Colts.
